- Language: Spanish and English fluent

Your Tasks

- Design, develop, and deploy robust Python-based solutions to automate complex workflows and client-side processes.
- Build and maintain reusable automation frameworks and components that can be adopted across teams.
- Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and high-quality software delivery.
- Promote best practices in version control, including branching strategies, code reviews, and repository management.
- Work closely with business teams to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, infrastructure, development) to ensure alignment with technical standards and compliance requirements.
- Provide guidance on automation strategy, tools, and best practices to support long-term scalability.




- Define and implement governance and development standards within the Python ecosystem.
- Ensure secure development practices by working alongside security teams, including code reviews and vulnerability management.
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Your Profile

- Strong experience in Python, particularly in automation and building scalable solutions.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and version control.
- Solid understanding of security best practices and development governance.
- Comfortable working with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
