Experteer Overview As Planner Office you will shape early-stage specification for Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings in the Northern Region. You’ll build trusted relations with planners, consultants and engineering firms to influence projects from the design phase. You will articulate value propositions and coordinate cross-functional teams to improve hit rates, pipeline growth, and profitability. This strategic role positions Siemens as a trusted partner for sustainable, smart, and digital buildings. You’ll work across Sales, PreSales, Marketing and Bid teams to drive coordinated opportunities.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Identify and build long-term relationships with planners, consultants, and engineering firms as a trusted advisor
- Drive prescription of Siemens Buildings portfolio to support sales growth and market penetration
- Develop and promote compelling value propositions and materials tailored to vertical markets
- Define and maintain a structured planner/consultant pipeline with account mapping and action plans
- Position Siemens GTM strategy to planners via direct channels and partner ecosystem
- Monitor opportunities from early design through handover to sales with KPI tracking
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Bid u0026 Proposal and technical teams for coordinated impact




- Support strategic deals with insights, technical guidance, and prescription leverage
- Organize planner engagement activities (trainings, workshops, webinars, local events) to strengthen Siemens positioningResponsabilidades
- Degree in Engineering
- Experience in technical sales, pre-sales, application engineering, or specification roles in building or infrastructure sectors
- Strong understanding of building ecosystem (planners, consultants, engineering firms, end customers, project lifecycle)
- Knowledge of smart building technologies and ability to position integrated, value-based solutions
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders in early project phases
- Experience in developing value propositions, technical documentation, or specification materials
- Strong analytical and organizational skills (KPIs, pipeline management, reporting)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and technical teams
- High level of English; additional languages are a plus
