- Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into analytical solutions
- Learn key business processes, product flows, and performance metrics
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and related tools
- Write production-level SQL and Python for analytics and data transformation

- Contribute to reporting standards, data definitions, and best practices

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
- 2-5 years in data, BI, analytics, or related roles
- Proficiency in production-level SQL
- Proficiency in Python for analysis and data processing
- Expertise in Tableau, dashboard development, data source design, performance optimization, Tableau Online administration
- Ability to turn complex datasets into actionable analysis
