Production Support Engineer

IBM Datastage

to take part in a project with a

Key Responsibilities:

Provide

production support

for

IBM DataStage ETL processes

in a critical environment. Independently resolve critical incidents

, performing root cause analysis and defining corrective and preventive actions. Monitor and supervise

batch executions and data flows

to ensure service stability and data quality. Analyze logs, execution results and performance issues to proactively detect and prevent incidents. Ensure the

operational stability and availability

of data integration processes in production. Collaborate with

development, operations and business teams

for incident resolution and minor functional or technical enhancements. Participate in

continuous improvement

, including process optimization, monitoring enhancements and automation initiatives. Maintain and update

operational procedures and technical documentation

related to production support activities.
