As ICQA Area Manager, you lead inventory control and quality assurance within a fulfillment center, ensuring accurate, defect-free fulfillment and adherence to policies. You collaborate with Operations and Support teams to implement network strategies and maintain SOX compliance. You drive continuous improvement, coach a diverse team, and use data to spot trends and optimize processes.

This role places you on the frontline of customer obsession, safety, and operational excellence in fast-paced FC environments.

- Lead and supervise hourly Associates, Team Leads, and Data Analysts in inventory control, quality assurance, and problem-solving operations
- Support safety programs and ensure a safe work environment for all associates
- Coordinate inventory control, QA and problem-solving aligned with network strategies and SOX compliance
- Plan shifts, forecast workload, and assign/direct work to teams




- Oversee process-improvement initiatives to increase quality and productivity
- Review KPIs and perform quality analyses affecting inventory integrity and customer experience
- Develop talent by interviewing, training, and mentoring fulfillment center managers and associates
- On a typical shift, conduct performance reviews, issue handovers, and coach on accuracy improvements
- Collaborate with FC operations and central teams to analyze data, identify trends, and xugodme drive improvements
- Maintain safety standards and develop team members through feedback and training
- Contribute to achieving accurate inventory, resolving inbound issues, and ensuring timely fulfillment

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience in data analysis
- Experience using MS Office, especially Advanced Excel
- Experience leading and managing a team
