Experteer Overview In this role you contribute to cost management for real estate and infrastructure projects, collaborating with clients and internal teams to drive value. You will own pre- and post-contract QS activities and support project delivery from early estimating to final accounts. The position sits in the Cost Management division in Spain, offering progression through hands-on project ownership. - Prepare and manage cost estimates and cost plans
- Oversee procurement and tendering processes, including pre-qualification, tender lists, preliminaries, tender analysis, and reporting
- Administer contracts, handle variations, and final accounts




- Provide tender documentation and analysis, ensuring compliant contractual documentsResponsabilidades
- A recognized Degree Qualification
- Relevant work experience as a QS or Cost Manager, ideally in consultancy
- Experience across real estate construction projects
- Motivated, able to work independently
