Experteer Overview In this role you will support the development and review of long-term and mid-term supply plans, ensuring inputs align with demand forecasts. You will work with regional teams to monitor constraints, review inventory policies, and prepare allocation proposals. You’ll contribute to regional Su0026amp; OP outputs and drive continuous improvement in supply planning. This is a collaborative, data-driven role at Henkel, focusing on optimizing supply availability and efficiency.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Develop and review long-term supply plans ensuring data accuracy and forecast alignment
- Execute mid-/long-term MPS, RCCP, and DRP plans for the region
- Monitor supply network constraints and under-utilizations; provide data and recommendations to SC team
- Review inventory policies, track slow-movers, and monitor obsolete stock
- Identify Finished Goods requirements and prepare allocation proposals based on priorities and market needs




- Prepare inputs and reports for regional Su0026OP meetings ensuring alignment with regional supply and demand
- Collaborate with Operational Supply Planning and Material Planning teams to ensure supply availability and resolve issues
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and accuracyResponsabilidades
- 1-2 years in a Supply Planning role or related field
- FMCG experience is advantageous
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills; SAP is an advantage
- Problem-solving attitude and team orientation
