In this role you help scale internal AI-enabled tooling by turning prototypes into production-ready internal apps. You’ll work across a dynamic stack and collaborate with non-technical teams to deliver stable solutions. You’ll contribute to backend and frontend practices, improve deployment workflows, and support internal product initiatives. This is a fast-moving, learning-focused environment where you’ll grow alongside cross-functional teams.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Engage with non-technical stakeholders to translate ideas into stable solutions
- Create and update documentation and video tutorials; organize live training sessions
- Challenge project rationales and propose simpler or better alternatives when needed
- Maintain and improve backend and frontend software engineering best practices
- Contribute to CI (build) and CD (deploy) workflows




- Turn AI-generated prototypes into fully deployed, reliable internal tools
- Collaborate with Infrastructure to bridge gaps between non-product teams and production systems
