In this role you will lead the end-to-end delivery of the Data Centre Operating System (DCOS) and its integration with DCIM, across global data center projects. You act as the DCOS SME, coordinating controls commissioning with cross-functional teams to ensure high operational readiness and scalable delivery. You’ll drive standardization, governance, and handover quality while mentoring others. This is a hands-on, leadership-focused role in mission-critical environments with a strong impact on reliability and efficiency.Compensaciones / Ventajas• Lead the full commissioning lifecycle (FAT, SAT, PFT, FPT, IST) and manage detailed plans, scripts, and reports• Oversee inspection of DCOS components against specs and validate network configurations (IP, VLAN)• Perform stress and redundancy testing and validate handover criteria• Plan and execute DCOS-to-DCIM integration,



ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability• Interpret drawings to establish DCIM hierarchies and verify DCIM tag points and alarm alignment• Verify system-level calculations (resiliency, power, PUE); ensure BCM and Battery Monitoring before onboarding• Coordinate with multiple on-site teams to achieve successful DCIM go-live and manage prerequisites• Provide SME-level guidance, mentor junior staff, and lead cross-functional project teams• Develop standardized programming modules, sequences, and reporting tools; support library management• Deliver training, create as-built xcskxlj documentation, and compile handover reports to finalize projectsResponsabilidades• Proven leadership in mission-critical environments (data centers, power generation, oil & gas)• Expert knowledge of DDC, PLCs, DCS, and SCADA/BMS with debugging and diagnostics• Experience managing end-to-end commissioning phases on large-scale projects• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, fire protection, and HVAC systems as they relate to controlsRequisitos principales•
