Responsibilities- Define functional requirements, participate in testing, and support the team before Go‑live.- Lead the discovery phase of new processes, liaising with key stakeholders, defining technical solutions, and aligning teams to meet deadlines.- Identify risks and dependencies during project execution.- Keep up with industry and market trends, proposing ideas to scale the business.- Analyze data to extract operational insights, creating reports for operations using MicroStrategy, Excel, and PowerPoint.- Maintain a data mindset, challenging or adjusting processes when necessary to build reliable business operations and services, and connecting with internal and external parties.- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders to ensure products and services comply with regulations and policies.- Work in Agile teams, delivering value quickly while continuously improving practices.- Actively participate in Chapters to support improved ways of working and to develop craftsmanship.- Play a team player role, actively contributing to the maintenance, development, and realization of (new)
