Experteer Overview Leads the Technology and Lifecycle pillar within ERP Platforms and Systems, driving process excellence, quality engineering, and lifecycle governance across SAP landscapes. Manages a mixed team of internal experts and external partners, setting strategy and standards for multi-domain delivery in a regulated, global SAP environment. Shapes architecture, tool-chain, and release practices to support iSHIFT and group-level programs. You will influence major technology decisions and drive continuous improvement in a complex enterprise.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Lead and develop the Technology and Lifecycle team across process excellence, QA, change and release management, and SAP landscape lifecycle
- Manage resourcing, capacity planning, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, and cost optimization
- Own BPM using SAP Signavio for design, governance, and process intelligence; enable lifecycle rationalization with SAP LeanIX
- Oversee Jira platform governance and end-to-end tool chain integration for design, testing, change and release
- Define and implement end-to-end Change and Release Management in ITIL-aligned SAP landscapes with transition from Solman to Cloud ALM




- Shape quality engineering strategy including test automation (Tricentis TOSCA), test management, and impact analysis (LiveCompare)
- Govern SAP landscape lifecycle, transport governance, environment management, deployment guardrails, and alignment with Clean Core
- Manage vendor/partner relationships (SAP, Tricentis, Accenture) and communicate strategy to senior leadershipResponsabilidades
- Minimum 10 years in SAP environments with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven experience managing complex multi-instance, multi-region SAP landscapes
- Strong background in SAP lifecycle, change and release management, and quality engineering
- Experience with vendor/partner relationships (SAP, Tricentis, Accenture)
- Experience in Agile/SAFe in integral transformation programs
