Experteer Overview As a Senior SEM Specialist, you will lead long-term PPC strategies and drive measurable growth across multiple brands in a fast-moving travel ecosystem. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to align PPC with business goals, manage high-budget campaigns, and push automation and data-driven optimization. The role combines strategic leadership, execution excellence, and mentorship to elevate the SEM team. - Deep knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Bing; bid strategy design experience
- Degree in a highly quantitative field
- Strong data analysis, interpretation, and storytelling for executives
- Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with Google Analytics; SQL or statistical software beneficial
- Excellent communication and mentorship abilities; ability to influence decisions
- Fluent English; additional European language a plus
- Experience with agile environments and travel sector is a plus
