You will get a 360° view of the People department, from the nitty-gritty of operations to the excitement of organizing major team-building events.

Your day to day:

This is a transversal role designed for someone who wants to learn how a company actually breathes. You will balance operational excellence with human-centric engagement.

- People Engagement & Talent : You’ll be the engine behind our team spirit. From managing team benefits to internal merchandising, gifts and sourcing training budgets, to keep our culture fresh. You will also organize our legendary Spring and Autumn teambuildings, and you’ll ensure our "Full Remotes" feel as connected as those in the office.
- People Operations : You’ll learn the backbone of HR—managing our HRIS (Kenjo), helping the people manager coordinate onboardings/offboardings,



and handling essential Health & Safety (PRL) documentation. You will also assist in recruitment processes and coordinate with candidates to ensure a stellar first impression.
- Office Management & vibes : You’ll ensure our workspace is top-notch. If the office is functional, looks great and the snacks are stocked, it’s thanks to you!

You will rock it if...

We aren't necessarily looking for a traditional HR student. You might come from psychology, yes! But also Events, Communications, social media…—what matters is your spirit and desire to contribute and learn.

The single most important thing is being a "people person "—approachable, assertive, and an active listener; to take care of our Flunions.

- Catalan-Spanish native & fluent in written and spoken English.
- Tech-Savvy: You live in Google Drive and have a "black belt" in Excel. You are comfortable with social media and new digital tools.
