In this role, you enable AWS Consulting Partners across EMEA to adopt AI-driven development practices using AI-DLC and Next-Gen tools. You act as the technical reference for AI-enabled development, shaping how partners integrate AI across planning, design, implementation and testing. You’ll drive workshops, create best practices, and build prototypes that demonstrate AI-assisted development at scale.

You influence roadmaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate partner adoption and customer value.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Guide partner go-to-market motions with technical guidance on AI-assisted development and developer productivity
- Enable adoption of AI-DLC methodologies and AI-native IDEs across the full lifecycle, including workshops and customer engagement
- Create architectural guidance and playbooks for Next-Generation Software Development
- Be the technical reference for Next-Gen Development within the EMEA partner organization, aggregating regional work
- Collaborate with AWS account teams, professional services, and sales to align partner capabilities with customer demand




- Build prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions showcasing AI-DLC in practice
- Advocate for features with AWS service teams to accelerate partner adoption
- Contribute to the Partner Solutions Architecture community through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and hiring
- Represent partner needs to service teams and influence tool/methodology evolution
- Develop reusable enablement assets and guide partners through AI-DLC accreditation

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor-level degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- Experience communicating to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executives
- Experience in a technical role within a sales organization xugodme
- Experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting involving AI/ML, automation, or enterprise integration
- Working knowledge of cloud computing concepts and distributed systems
- Familiarity with AI agent architectures: multi-agent orchestration, tool use, memory management, or retrieval augmented generation
- Experience designing and delivering technical workshops or enablement sessions to engineering audiences
- Experience in partner-facing or channel-facing technical roles
- Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken)
