Overview

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will gain hands‑on experience supporting the recruitment process and day‑to‑day operations to ensure an outstanding candidate experience.

Responsibilities

- Active sourcing & talent mapping: source candidates for vacancies and build talent pools via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.
- CV screening: assess incoming applications for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- ATS management: maintain the applicant tracking system, update candidate statuses and ensure data accuracy.
- Interview coordination: coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, manage agendas and ensure a smooth experience.
- Recruitment support: draft job descriptions, publish ads, and support TA initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

- Currently studying a degree or master’s in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and employer branding.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
- Comfortable with digital tools and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Advanced level of English (C1 or equivalent)

What We Offer

- Duration: 6 months, extendable for another 6 months.
- Paid internship.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–14:00.
- Requirement: ability to formalise an internship agreement with a university or business school.
