PI Engineer – Pharma Manufacturing (Madrid, Spain)
2–3 days/week onsite | Fluent Spanish & English | Start: April 2026
Ready to drive digital transformation in pharma? We’re seeking a PI Engineer to spearhead continuous improvement and digitization across manufacturing, quality, and regulatory operations at our Madrid site.
In this role, you will:
- Lead process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methods
- Support the implementation and optimization of Veeva Vault applications
- Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, IT, and Manufacturing to digitize and streamline GxP workflows
- Analyze processes and design scalable digital solutions
- Develop and maintain SOPs and validation documentation
- Ensure compliance with GxP and general regulatory standards
- Train users and provide ongoing support for digital systems
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement with KPI monitoring
What you bring:
- Strong process engineering background in the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent IT skills; hands-on Veeva Vault experience a plus
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Passion for digital transformation and operational excellence
- Experience in GxP environments and process validation
