In this role you lead engineering and project management for an underground mining and processing plant expansion, shaping large, complex projects from early studies to delivery. You align scope, budget and schedules with business strategy while ensuring technical feasibility and safety. You will collaborate with engineering teams to develop designs, optimize processes and drive value through cost reduction and efficiency gains.

Your work supports Worley’s transition toward sustainable energy infrastructure and capital projects delivery at scale.

- Define project scope, objectives and deliverables aligned to strategy and feasibility
- Lead development of detailed designs and specifications with engineering teams
- Create and manage comprehensive project plans including schedules, resources and budgets
- Lead or participate in due diligence and feasibility studies for new projects or acquisitions




- Drive continuous improvement in project methodologies and technologies
- Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Promote standardized engineering practices across capital projects
- Develop and maintain a Project Engineering Management framework for world-class delivery

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mining Engineering or related field
- Experience managing large-scale projects with budgets xugodme over $250 million from PFS to completion
- Strong background in process flowsheet development, feasibility studies, regulatory compliance, budget control and resource optimization
- Experience in full lifecycle EPCM delivery with contractors, site construction and commissioning
- Solid commercial, contract and change management experience
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera) and engineering software (AutoCAD)
