In this role you will design AI-powered solutions and automations to boost development team productivity. You’ll build agents and tooling that touch development, testing, and documentation, helping the team work faster and more efficiently. You’ll integrate AI assistants with internal systems via APIs and MCP, and promote a framework for AI-enabled, specification-driven development across the team.

- Build automations and agents to accelerate development, testing, documentation and support tasks




- Implement integrations using MCP and APIs to connect AI assistants with internal systems
- Promote Specification-Driven Development practices and AI-assisted development
- Implement tools for code generation, test generation, automatic documentation and code analysis
- Collaborate with Backend, Frontend xugodme and DevOps teams to integrate capabilities into workflows
- Evaluate new technologies and tools related to AI Engineering and Developer Experience
- Document tools, processes and good practices, defining a framework for the development team
