In this role you lead the ICSR team for a project or group of projects, ensuring effective task distribution and workflow. You collaborate with clients and the ICSR Operational Lead to achieve project goals and optimize processes. You act as the subject-matter expert for the team, support cross-functional activities, and contribute to QA and local pharmacovigilance requirements. You drive KPI development and deviations management to enhance team efficiency and quality.

- Oversee workflow and ensure timely delivery of ICSR activities
- Foster effective cooperation with clients in ICSR management




- Create and maintain project-specific KPIs and optimize procedures
- Propose process improvements to the ICSR Operational Lead
- Manage ICSR deviations with support from ICSR Operational Lead
- Review trackers and timesheet data for accuracy
- Participate in ICSR processing and provide 2nd QC of cases
- Support other xugodme departments as instructed by ICSR Operational Lead
- Act as the assigned team SME and provide RA u0026 PV network support as needed
- Serve as LCPPV for the country and PRLS for the designated language as agreed
- Operate within the line manager's framework to meet project objectives
