What will you do?
* Map and analyze current Front Office (FO) / Order to cash processes, identifying hence all logistics activities handled as of today by FO based on the flow maps (it will lead to identify the potential non standard activities / non compliant flows) * Define and clarify future-state ownership of FO activities within the new operating model and in alignment with business decisions * Drive alignment between current ("As-Is") processes exceptional people who turn sustainability ambitions into actions at the intersection of automation, electrification, and digitization.
