In this role you drive the commercial engine of TP Spain’s strategic new program, leading a cross-EMEA sales effort. You’ll guide outbound pipeline generation, host acquisition, and consultative engagements with property managers, while scaling a multilingual sales team. You’ll collaborate with Airbnb and TP Growth teams to refine targeting and cadences, using data to optimize workflows and outcomes.

Responsabilidades

- Proficient English (C1)
- Minimum 18 months experience as a Sales Team Leader
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Good people skills
- Strong presentation, analytical and problem solving skills
- Team player with leadership, analytical and communication skills
- Consultative sales knowledge xugodme (BANT) is a plus
- Interest in sales, technology and the internet; desire to learn and develop
- High emotional intelligence
- Additional languages are a plus
