We are looking for a Solutions Support Engineer

with a strong commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement. This role requires outstanding customer service and communication skills to support our Operations & Support unit within the Mobile Solutions team. The position reports directly to the Solutions Support Manager, based in Madrid.

The Operations & Support team is dedicated to providing comprehensive production engineering support and developing effective support tools for our Trusted Connectivity business unit. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues,



monitoring services, and constructing essential tools, collaborating closely with development teams and product release teams to ensure seamless coordination of device and software fixes, as well as smooth deployment processes.

Key Job Responsibilities.

- Provide comprehensive support and troubleshooting across multiple products, features, and production services.
- Collaborate on coding projects focused on operations and maintenance, utilizing languages such as Python, Java, Perl, shell scripts, and web technologies.
- Assist with software deployment in both staging and production environments.
- Design and develop tools that facilitate efficient operations and maintenance.
