In this role, you lead the technical orchestration of End-to-End validation campaigns for Roche’s cobas ultra omni Solution Layer within the Solution Automation Integration and Testing group. You shape the architecture for multi-domain SoS testing, blending physical, hybrid, and virtual lab topologies and emulators to reflect real-world workflows. You partner with cross-functional teams to ensure testability and performance meet quality gates and customer needs.

Compensaciones / Ventajas

- Define the master Solution Integration Strategy and CI roadmap
- Design and govern virtual, hybrid, and physical lab topologies and digital twin landscapes
- Review use cases, ICDs,



and high-level requirements to guarantee verifiable testability at the solution level
- Establish clear cross-functional test responsibilities across delivery nodes
- Provide technical leadership, automation strategy, and coaching to engineers and analysts
- Lead E2E validation campaigns to verify performance, reliability, and customer needs

Responsabilidades

- 10+ years of deep technical experience in multi-domain xugodme systems engineering and SoS environments
- 3+ years focused on SoS architectures and complex system integration
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, CI pipelines, DevOps, and cloud computing
- Proven mastery in emulator topology design and simulated environment modeling
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and challenge delivery decisions constructively
