As a Business Systems Analyst in the Go-To-Market domain, you will shape how CRM and marketing tech drive revenue. You partner with Sales and Marketing to capture functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into actionable user stories. You lead process documentation, to-be visuals, and a Center of Excellence for BSA practices, ensuring scalable, end-to-end solutions.

In this role you engage with stakeholders across the GTM tech stack to deliver valuable improvements and maintain clear decision-making and risk visibility. Join Dynatrace to help scale and optimize GTM processes in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.

- Formalize functional and non-functional requirements as user stories with acceptance criteria
- Influence stakeholders with industry best practices and end-to-end thinking
- Maintain backlog in collaboration with Product Owners




- Serve as primary liaison to delivery teams in an Agile Scrum process
- Collaborate with the integration team as process SME for GTM tech stack
- Document decisions, risks, and maintain visibility to Product Owners and stakeholders
- Develop and enforce BSA standards to establish a Center of Excellence

Responsabilidades

- Salesforce (Sales Cloud) experience
- Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem and integrations (e.g., Outreach, Gong, Clari, ZoomInfo) preferred
- Marketing automation experience, Marketo preferred
- Extensive experience documenting processes and gathering requirements
- Strong understanding of Agile xugodme Scrum and SDLC
- JIRA experience (user story writing)
- Ability to elicit requirements and navigate conflicting stakeholder needs
- Familiarity with vendor assessment and integrations across the GTM tech stack
- Organized with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
