We are looking for an exceptional Support Worker to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is idóneo for someone who is passionate about helping others, thrives in a structured environment, and is committed to delivering outstanding client care with professionalism, compassion, and integrity.

This is a non-clinical role where you will play an essential part in supporting clients throughout their recovery journey while helping maintain the high standards for which Sea Recovery is known.

Key Responsibilities

- Support clients throughout their daily programme and encourage active engagement.
- Maintain a safe, structured, and welcoming therapeutic environment.
- Observe clients and promptly report any changes in mood, behaviour, or wellbeing.




- Complete accurate documentation, reports, and detailed shift handovers.
- Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain professional boundaries and strict confidentiality at all times.
- Assist with day-to-day operational tasks and contribute to the smooth running of the centre.
- Represent Sea Recovery with professionalism, discretion, and empathy.

Essential Requirements

- Fluent English (spoken and written), and at least conversational Spanish.
- Legal right to work in Spain.
- Valid Category B driving licence.
- Previous experience in hospitality, healthcare, residential care, luxury service, or wellbeing environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable using digital syste
