What You’ll Do

- Bridge the gap between business intent and technical execution, ensuring that every story, specification, and document is complete, consistent, and actionable.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and Engineers to translate evolving requirements into development‑ready stories, clarify business logic, and strengthen platform understanding across teams.
- Refine complex or technical user stories in partnership with Product, Tech Leads, and Engineers.
- Define and validate acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with business rules and platform constraints.
- Proactively identify information gaps, inconsistencies,



or edge cases before development begins.
- Maintain clear, current documentation for system events, service designs, and end‑to‑end workflows.
- Transition working boards and ad‑hoc notes (e.g., Miro) into version‑controlled design documentation.
- Establish and champion standards for documentation quality and traceability across squads.
- Support impact assessments and change analysis across downstream systems and data flows.
- Act as the connective tissue between business context and engineering implementation.
