Job Description – EUC L1 / Desktop Support Engineer

* Provide first-level onsite IT support to end users.

* Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

* Support Windows 10/11 operating systems and resolve user issues.

* Perform hardware troubleshooting and replacement of IT equipment.

* Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office Suite.

* Perform user account support including password resets and access issues.

* Support Active Directory user administration and basic Azure AD tasks.

* Troubleshoot VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN connectivity, and basic network issues.

* Perform device imaging, software installation, and application troubleshooting.

* Support endpoint devices using SCCM/MECM or Microsoft Intune.

* Handle incidents and service requests using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.

* Assist with laptop/Desktop deployment, onboarding,



and hardware refresh activities.

* Maintain IT asset inventory and update documentation.

* Provide remote assistance and coordinate with general IT teams for escalations.

* Follow IT security policies, procedures, and SLA requirements.

* Provide professional customer service and clear communication with end users.

Required Skills

* 3+ years of experience in EUC/Desktop Support.

* Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365.

* Experience with Active Directory, Intune/SCCM, and IT ticketing tools.

* Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi).

* Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

* Fluency in *Spanish and English* is mandatory.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 2,700.00€ - 2,900.00€ per month
