Work Model: Hybrid

Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00, and Friday from 9:00 to 15:00. Flexibility and availability aligned with the US time zone are valued, especially duringonboarding.

Gross Salary: 30,000 EUR gross per year base, plus uncapped variable commissions.

Relocation: No relocation support provided; candidates must already reside in Spain.

About the Position

This hybrid role requires native or bilingual English proficiency and offers uncapped commissions, working within a dynamic sales environment. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing subscriptions, for a leading e-commerce search technology company. You will be instrumental in driving growth and achieving key performance indicators.

- Comprehensive training is provided for approximately 4 weeks during the first month.

- This is a permanent contract position.

- Enjoy 22 days of annual leave, plus discretionary days between December 24th and31st, and Friday afternoons off.

- Ramp-up targets are set at 0% for M0 and M1, 30% for M2, 60% for M3, and 100% forM4.
