As Finance Application Architect (TM1), you design, implement and govern scalable TM1-based financial planning solutions to enable data-driven decisions across Mosaic initiatives. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to align finance objectives with architecture, optimize performance, and drive future-proof financial analytics. You’ll shape core models, governance, and data flows, partnering with finance and IT to deliver robust, high-quality planning solutions at scale.

• Co-lead end-to-end architecture and deployment of Mosaic Core 2.0, aligning with general guidelines
• Design scalable, high-performance TM1-based financial planning solutions and establish best practices for model development
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to translate objectives into architectural solutions and roadmap future Mosaic enhancements
• Implement performance optimization strategies for large TM1 models and optimize data flows and cube design




• Manage seamless TM1 data integration with systems like Data Lake and Alteryx; automate loading, transformation, and reconciliation
• Enforce TM1 development standards, governance, version control, data accuracy, and auditability
• Conduct TM1 training for finance teams; lead UAT and provide ongoing advisory support to optimize workflows
Responsabilidades
• Advanced experience in IBM Planning Analytics (TM1)
• Proficiency in TM1 model development, TurboIntegrator scripting, rules, xqbhyrx feeders, and cube design
• Relational databases, data modeling, and ETL processes
• Experience with TM1 add-ins (Planning Analytics for Excel) and data visualization tools
• Deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and financial reporting
• Solution architecture and advisory capabilities for scalable, future-proof financial solutions
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
