Join AECOM EC Europe as a Junior Engineer in RAMS within Rail Systems. You will support Systems Assurance to ensure safety, reliability and lifecycle integrity across large international rail projects. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements management strategies and develop key RAMS and safety documents. This role offers hands-on growth in a global, multidisciplinary environment focused on high-quality, scalable solutions. You will help drive consistency, traceability and reduced rework across projects.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop RAMS and safety documentation such as RAM Plan, FMECAs, RBDs and Safety Plan, PHA, SHA, IHA, HL, Safety Case, and SIL Demonstration
• Enhance RAMS capabilities and support global project integration for safety, reliability and availability
• Establish lifecycle strategies and coordinate RAMS management with Requirements, Interfaces Management, System Architecture, Human Factors, and design teams
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure traceability between stakeholders and alignment with client needs
Responsabilidades
• Basic knowledge of rail systems (Power, Catenary, MEP, track, substations) and xqbhyrx civil works
• Proactive, eager to learn and adaptable to various projects
• Ability to collaborate in multicultural teams
• High level of English (spoken and written)
