In this Quality Analyst role at Thoughtworks, you embed quality across the software lifecycle, collaborating with developers, analysts, and designers to shift quality left and mitigate risk early. You influence teams to adopt quality-minded practices and contribute to a reliable automated testing suite. You’ll work across ideation through customer usage, ensuring testability and performance, while mentoring others and sharing expertise within Thoughtworks’ dynamic, learning-focused culture. This role offers the chance to shape quality culture at scale and advance continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades
• Experience as a Quality Analyst within a development team
• Familiarity with agile practices, code management, deployment strategies, and release management
• Knowledge of TDD, BDD, CI/CD, Test xqbhyrx Pyramid, and Swiss cheese model
• Ability to propose changes to on-premise and cloud architectures for quality
• Experience with functional and cross-functional testing, including performance and security testing
• Ability to use metrics to improve lead time, deployment frequency, MTTR, and change fail rate
• Capability to design quality strategies for teams
• Knowledge of UX research, prototyping, personas, and AB testing for test strategy translation
