As Senior Product Designer, you’ll map and simplify complex customer support ecosystems and automate processes to improve agent and customer experiences. You’ll work within the Product Design Team in Barcelona, shaping end-to-end service design and conversational AI flows. Your work connects business goals with user-centred design, using research and data to inform decisions. This role offers impact at scale in a leading travel subscription company with a strong AI-driven service platform.

• Design for complexity and efficiency across end-to-end processes, reducing cognitive load for agents and users
• Improve internal agent tools and customer self-serve tools to empower users with insights
• Lead research activities and usability studies to inform data-driven design decisions

• Align with operations and product leads to connect design choices with SLAs and performance metrics
• Communicate design value and potential impact to stakeholders to influence decisions
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in Product Design with emphasis on B2B, SaaS, or complex enterprise tools
• Mastery of Service Design and mapping end-to-end journeys across digital and operational touchpoints
• Strong systems thinking and ability to scope impact across ecosystems
• Experience in Conversational AI, VUI, and multimodal interaction patterns
• Proficiency in flow visualization tools xqbhyrx (FigJam, Miro, Lucidchart) and translating logic into UI
• Familiarity with AI/Generative AI opportunities and AI model integration into UI
• Data-informed design approach using qualitative and quantitative data
• Experience with existing design systems and providing clear developer specs
