- Your mission will be to provide excellent customer support by delivering clear, accurate information and ensuring every customer has a smooth and positive experience
- Representing our products and services
- Being the first point of contact for our customers from the Iberian market
- Supporting the development of the Customer Relations Hub by introducing your ideas
- Using your communication skills to help customers with a wide variety of issues




- Assuring the customers have a positive experience that fits our quality standards

Do you “speak” Porsche? Because we are looking for passionate Customer Experts who seek to revolutionise Porsche’s customer service

- Native level of Spanish with a proficient xqbhyrx level of English and Portuguese
- Experience in luxury Customer Service
- Experience with a CRM (e.g. SAP, Salesforce or any other)
- Ability to quickly understand customer’s needs, with an empathetic and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in the automotive industry
