MP Servicenter is on an ambitious growth journey. We're scaling our spare parts and e-commerce business across Europe, and we're looking for someone who genuinely wants to build it with us — not keep it ticking over.

Why this role is different

This isn't a cold-calling sales job. You'll work with an established base of MP customers — companies that already buy our elevators, spare parts or modernization solutions — and unlock the full potential of those relationships. Your edge is that you'll never work alone: you'll partner closely with our regional Sales Managers and become the spare parts specialist inside the commercial process, combining local relationships with your product and market expertise.

What your week could look like

-

- Building growth plans with Regional Sales Managers and tracking real progress

- Visiting customers across Europe to strengthen relationships and open new opportunities

- Spotting upselling, cross-selling and new-market potential others miss





- Bringing customer insights back to Product Management to shape what we build next

- Representing Servicenter in strategic customer conversations and commercial campaigns

What we're looking for

-

- A builder's, entrepreneurial mindset — you take ownership and make things happen

- Commercial drive paired with genuine curiosity about customers and their business

- English (advanced) is a must; Spanish, French or Dutch are a real plus

- Open profile: whether you're an ambitious early-career talent or bring more experience from an entrepreneurial (not corporate) environment, we want to talk
