As a Product Implementation Manager, you own end-to-end fintech implementations for corporate clients, from design and planning to go-live. You collaborate with Sales, Product, and Tech, while engaging CFOs and CIOs to ensure successful revenue-delivering deployments. You will optimize the implementation process and drive cross-functional alignment in a fast-growing fintech setting. This role offers autonomous ownership and meaningful impact on client outcomes.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage end-to-end implementations: design solutions, document scope, plan, and run client workshops
• Own project planning, track progress, and mitigate risks across multiple concurrent projects
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Tech to keep implementations moving
• Interface with C-Level stakeholders (CFOs, CTOs, CEOs)
• Address technical questions with Product Management/Development and translate requirements
• Identify and implement improvements to the implementation process




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain clear client-facing communication
• Own go-live delivery and handover to success teams
Responsabilidades
• 3+ years managing projects in finance, consulting, or professional services
• Confident leading client workshops and managing C-Level stakeholders
• Solid understanding of business finance and FX or currency markets
• Fluent in English; Italian, Spanish, or German are a strong plus
• xqbhyrx Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Genuine curiosity for technology and ability to discuss Kantox solutions at a technical level
• Attention to detail and resilience under time pressure across multiple projects
• EU work authorisation is a plus; visa sponsorship available
