In this role you will lead the Ethics u0026amp; Compliance program across the EMEA MedSurg business, shaping governance and risk management. You will partner with regional leadership to embed compliance into strategy, advise on high‑risk activities, and drive continuous improvement. This role offers exposure to multi-country regulatory environments and the chance to influence culture and conduct at scale. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to protect patients and enable safe, compliant growth.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead the Eu0026C program implementation across EMEA for MedSurg, including training, communications, risk assessments, third‑party management, and Code of Conduct promotion
• Act as strategic advisor to business leadership, identifying and mitigating compliance risks across markets and jurisdictions
• Review and advise on high‑risk activities and transactions, including third‑party engagements, conflicts of interest, and healthcare interactions
• Lead governance and oversight processes to ensure leadership accountability and integration of compliance into business strategy




• Serve as the primary Eu0026C contact within MedSurg in EMEA, monitor metrics, support investigations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Finance, Business or similar
• Profound experience in ethics u0026 compliance, legal, audit, finance, or related governance roles
• Experience in healthcare or life sciences within a multinational environment
• Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance laws and regulations (anti‑bribery/anti‑corruption, fraud and abuse, industry codes)
• Fluency in English and an additional language (French, Italian or Spanish)
• Proven ability to xqbhyrx influence stakeholders and translate requirements into practical solutions
• Demonstrated leadership, ownership, and results delivery across multiple countries
• Self‑starter with focus on continuous improvement and simplifying complex topics
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with sound judgment in ambiguity
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to articulate complex topics to diverse audiences
• Familiarity with tools and systems (Concur, Salesforce, SAP, Power BI)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
