In this role you support Mu0026amp;A and investment activities for EDPR in Spain, focusing on Greenfield assessments, valuations, and investment memorandums. You will work closely with the Investment Analysis Manager and the Executive Committee to assess opportunities across targeted countries and EDPR's footprint. You will help ensure rigorous, consistent valuations and due diligence as part of the investment approval process. This is a chance to contribute to EDPR’s energy transition objectives and to develop cross‑functional, cross‑border deal experience.

Responsabilidades
• Four years in finance or more than 2 years in Mu0026A related to energy industry
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking of English; Spanish and Portuguese preferred
• Strong knowledge of valuation and accounting processes
• Knowledge of the utility/energy industry, including PPA and industry trends
• Ability to coordinate processes and data gathering for valuation and board documentation
• Strong written xqbhyrx and oral communication and presentation skills
• Statistical and analytical skills

• Willingness and ability to travel as needed
