In this role you design, build, and scale our commercial systems, focusing on HubSpot-driven processes and integrations to empower Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and Product. You’ll own data quality, automation, and reliable integrations, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Expect hands-on engineering from API design to data flows, with an emphasis on observable, maintainable systems. This is a role for a builder who improves operations through engineering, not manual work.

• Own the architecture, administration, and scalability of HubSpot including lifecycle stages, custom objects, permissions, validation rules, workflows, and governance
• Design business processes balancing usability, automation, and data quality
• Manage system configuration for long-term maintainability
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Design, build, and maintain integrations between HubSpot and internal/third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware
• Develop Python services and scripts to automate processes and synchronize data across systems
• Read API docs, troubleshoot integration issues, and implement reliable integration patterns
• Monitor and improve integration reliability, observability, and error handling
• Build automated workflows to reduce manual work and improve efficiency




• Implement AI-powered automations where appropriate to streamline processes
• Optimize cross-functional workflows spanning multiple teams
• Ensure automation reliability via monitoring, testing, and documentation
• Own Python codebases for business operations, write clean, tested code
• Use SQL to investigate data issues, validate integrations, and support reporting
• Apply engineering best practices: version control, testing, documentation, deployment
• Identify opportunities to simplify architecture, reduce technical debt, and improve performance
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CRM/RevOps Engineering, or analytics/operations in SaaS or revenue-driven environments
• Python development including testing, deployment, and code refactoring; able to own an app end-to-end
• SQL proficiency; experience with Git/GitHub xqbhyrx and standard delivery processes
• HubSpot expert with hands-on experience architecting workflows, custom objects, automations, and API integrations
• API literacy: ability to read API docs and design integration flows
• Strong understanding of subscription revenue metrics (MRR, Sales Velocity, CAC, LTV, NRR, payback period)
• Experience operating across geographies or segments with varying maturity
• Fluency in English and at least one of French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese.
