In this Senior Principal role, you drive large-scale organizational strategy and transformation for diverse clients. You’ll design operating models, governance, and organizational structures that translate strategy into value, leading cross-functional teams and shaping client outcomes. You work with senior leaders to articulate change, manage complex programs, and scale impact across multinational contexts. This is a high-impact opportunity to steer strategic initiatives and contribute as a Subject Matter Expert on national/integral projects.

• Support translation of strategic direction into organizational capabilities and structures
• Lead QA/peer review for transformation interventions
• Define and scope solution architecture for transformation opportunities as lead or contributor
• Act as relationship manager for large complex client engagements
Responsabilidades
• Master's degree or Doctorate plus 7–10+ years in consultancy or client HR/OD in large/high-impact settings
• Alternative: significant experience in a top-tier professional services firm
• Extensive experience in large-scale business transformation and strategy implementation in multinational contexts
• Strong change management and project leadership experience
• Proven sales track record in new business xqbhyrx and expanding existing accounts in transformation/strategy
• Strong business acumen advising senior executives across various industries
• Technical depth in change management, transformation, strategy development/implementation, or organizational design
• Experience with analytics in large-scale interventions and financially literate
• Experience working across countries/geographies in multinational workstreams
• Experience in industries such as Financial Services, Industrial, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Technology, Public Services
• Fluency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience with organizational analytics tools (e.g., OrgVue, Dynaplan) is desired
