Barcelona | Hybrid working model

Turn complex analysis into business decisions

Some consulting projects end with a presentation. In this role, that is where the real challenge begins: turning a diagnosis into clear decisions, aligning different stakeholders and helping clients make transformation happen.

We are looking for someone with experience in strategy consulting or business transformation who is ready to take on greater autonomy, client exposure and responsibility for project deliverables and teams.

You will contribute to projects across sectors such as consumer goods, industry, life sciences, mobility and real estate, addressing challenges related to strategy, performance improvement, customer experience, digitalisation, analytics and organisational transformation.

We are not only looking for strong analytical skills. We are looking for sound judgement, clear communication and the ability to move projects forward.

What impact will you have?

-

- Analyse complex business challenges and turn them into hypotheses, insights and actionable recommendations.

- Contribute to the definition and delivery of strategy and business transformation projects.

- Prepare and present deliverables to senior executives and different client stakeholders.

- Coordinate interviews, workshops and information-gathering and validation processes.

- Lead analytical workstreams and support the development of less experienced colleagues.

- Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities throughout project delivery.

- Contribute to commercial proposals by developing tailored approaches, methodologies and content.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, combining industry knowledge,



digital capabilities and business insight.

What are we looking for?

-

- At least 3 years of experience in strategy consulting, business transformation, advisory, investment banking or another high-performance professional environment.

- University degree. Postgraduate studies in strategy, business, operations, innovation or transformation will be valued.

- The ability to structure ambiguous problems, work with data and develop robust recommendations.

- Experience preparing executive-level presentations and communicating conclusions clearly and convincingly.

- Confidence when working with clients and the ability to adapt your communication to different stakeholders.

- The ability to coordinate tasks, take ownership and support the development of other team members.

- Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.

- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.

Your profile will be especially relevant if you combine critical thinking, results orientation, active listening and the ability to make progress when the answer is not immediately clear.
