As Senior Sustainability Regulatory Manager, you will establish and lead a centralized function to manage environmental, material and product-related regulations globally. You translate evolving obligations into clear company requirements and govern their implementation across business units. You will monitor and assess regulations such as REACH, RoHS, PFAS, Ecodesign and Right to Repair, shaping strategies to protect market access. You drive the regulatory lifecycle and governance, enabling cross-functional collaboration and data-driven transparency.

• Establish a structured approach to monitor global environmental, material and product regulations
• Assess applicability and impact of new requirements across products, technologies, markets and lifecycle stages
• Translate legal/technical obligations into clear company requirements and practical guidance
• Design and improve the end-to-end regulatory lifecycle from monitoring to remediation and closure
• Create governance structures, decision forums, escalation paths and clear accountabilities across product stewardship
• Lead cross-functional gap assessments and remediation programs with clear ownership and risk management

• Strengthen product and material data governance and provide transparent metrics on exposure and remediation progress
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor level degree in a relevant field; 10+ years of experience in product stewardship, environmental compliance, sustainability, regulatory affairs or related area
• Strong knowledge of REACH, RoHS, PFAS, Ecodesign, Right to Repair across multiple regions
• Experience establishing capabilities, processes and governance in global organizations
• Proven track record leading regulatory gap assessments and cross-functional remediation programs xqbhyrx
• Ability to translate legal/technical requirements into practical guidance and collaborate with Ru0026D, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Product Management, Sustainability, Data and IT
• Familiarity with PLM, ERP or material data management systems and data governance
• Fluent English; strong communication and stakeholder management including ability to influence senior leaders
