In this role you lead a distributed engineering team responsible for TheFork’s B2C products (website and mobile apps). You own delivery quality, optimize processes for speed and excellence, and help shape the tech strategy alongside product and design partners. You drive cross-team collaboration on large-scale initiatives and mentor engineers, with a focus on applying AI to enhance daily workflows. This is a chance to influence productability and growth for a leading European dining platform.

Responsabilidades
• Coached/mentored 5+ people teams including senior engineers for 3+ years
• Experience leading a high-performing technical team in a distributed environment
• Strong grasp of system design and modern architecture patterns
• Knowledge or hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, Kotlin/Swift, RabbitMQ
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and applying them effectively xqbhyrx
• Quality-first mindset with ability to set high standards and mentor/upskill teams
• Good product sense and understanding of product principles
• Experience with dev tools and AI workflows; curiosity for new technologies
• Fluent in English
