You will bridge business and technical teams to design scalable CIAM solutions that protect and empower customer identities. In this role, you translate business needs into clear requirements, shaping identity, access, and consent journeys within a complex enterprise. You collaborate with security, legal, and product stakeholders to ensure compliant, user-centric delivery. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Gather and document requirements for customer identity, registration, authentication, consent, and profile management.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical requirements, user stories, flows, and acceptance criteria.




• Prioritize demand, backlog items, and roadmap initiatives.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and product teams to shape CIAM solutions.
• Ensure requirements traceability through delivery, testing, and deployment.
• Facilitate workshops and communicate progress, risks, and options to technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsabilidades
• Proven BA/Technical BA experience in Identity u0026 Access Management or customer-facing systems.
• Experience in enterprise delivery with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of CIAM concepts: registration, authentication, SSO, MFA, consent, profile lifecycle, access control.
• Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML. xqbhyrx
• Ability to interpret APIs, data flows, and system dependencies.
