As a Customer Reliability Engineer, you will bring SRE practices to Isovalent’s software on-premises and cloud deployments. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to understand architectures, diagnose incidents, and improve the overall health and reliability of our cloud-native products. This role emphasizes deep product knowledge, strong collaboration, and hands-on problem solving to deliver world-class support. You will contribute to scalable, secure, observable systems and be a key ambassador for customer success. This is a technically focused role with meaningful impact on how customers operate in Kubernetes environments at scale.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Interact with customers to resolve incidents and improve reliability of Isovalent products on Kubernetes




• Apply SRE practices to on-premises and cloud deployments
• Develop deep understanding of customer architectures and configurations
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support customers and improve health visibility
• Respond to and learn from incidents, contribute to knowledge bases and post-incident reviews
Responsabilidades
• 6+ years of direct experience supporting enterprise xqbhyrx customers in a technical capacity
• Experience securing OS instances, applications, or distributed systems
• Experience operating Linux systems
• Experience managing and scaling Kubernetes clusters in production
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Demonstrated expertise in networking concepts across OSI layers 2–7
