As Technical Business Partner at WAVE, you lead the intersection of consulting and engineering to translate business needs into scalable technical direction. You shape architecture and delivery plans, drive reusable assets and platforms, and guide cross-functional teams toward commercially valuable AI-enabled solutions. You’ll support go-to-market efforts across Europe and Iberia, turning demand into credible, repeatable offerings. This role combines technical credibility with business impact in a fast-moving, asset-driven environment.

• Translate consulting needs into concrete technical designs for the engineering team
• Shape early technical direction to ensure feasibility, scalability, and business alignment
• Coordinate engineers across the backlog to maintain momentum and cash flow
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to balance prioritised work, design, and delivery actions
• Recommend infrastructure and go-to-market approaches for business opportunities
• Identify reusable assets, platforms,



or products and drive their transition with delivery partners
• Participate in client/partner discussions to articulate technical options and credibility

Responsabilidades
• Senior-level experience spanning business and technical delivery (consulting, solution design, and engineering coordination)
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous business problems into deployed technical solutions
• Experience leading technical teams in fast-moving, xqbhyrx high-variability environments
• Strong understanding of modern AI (agents and LLMs) and scalable, reusable solutions
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive audiences and engineering teams
• Strong commercial judgement linking technical choices to business value
• Full professional English
• Spanish strongly preferred
