In this role you will ensure high-quality customer delivery data across ATLAS tools, driving accurate onboarding and data consistency. You will work within the ATLAS Revenue Assurance team to monitor quality, investigate root causes, and implement improvements. Your contributions help maintain trusted data for cross-system processes and customer experiences. This position offers opportunities to influence data governance practices and collaborate with global teams while supporting SAP’s mission of delivering reliable, data-driven solutions.

• Validate customer delivery data to remove inaccuracies, duplicates and inconsistencies
• Ensure data synchronization and consistency across platforms
• Maintain accurate, structured data to support customer onboarding
• Apply validation rules and GUID mapping for complete data
• Monitor data quality via dashboards and KPIs (accuracy, completeness, timeliness)
• Investigate root causes of data issues and drive resolution
• Manage escalations and ensure SLA compliance
• Collaborate with other teams and internal stakeholders
• Identify and implement data quality improvements
• Prioritize issues by business impact and urgency
• Provide regular data quality reports and updates
• Incorporate feedback to refine DQM processes
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, xqbhyrx or related field
• 5-6 years of experience in Data Quality Management, Data Governance, or related roles
• Hands-on experience with RDBMS and ServiceNow
• Strong understanding of data validation, RCA methodologies, and DQM reporting
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
• Experience in ITSM processes is an advantage
