Work Model: Hybrid

Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00, and Friday from 9:00 to 15:00.Flexibility and availability aligned with the US time zone are valued, especially duringonboarding.

Gross Salary: 30,000 EUR gross per year base, plus uncapped variable commissions.

Relocation: No relocation support provided;
candidates must alreadyreside in Spain.

About the Position

This hybrid role inMadrid involves managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing subscriptions , for aleading e-commerce search technology company. You will be instrumental in driving growthand achieving key performance indicators.

Additional Information

- Comprehensive training is provided for approximately 4 weeks during the first month.
- This is a permanent contract position.




- Enjoy 22 days of annual leave, plus discretionary days between December 24th and31st, and Friday afternoons off.

- The first 4 weeks of onboarding and training require full on-site presence in Madrid;
After that, on-site presence is required approximately once a month, with travel andassociated expenses covered by the company.
- Ramp-up targets are set at 0% for M0 and M1, 30% for M2, 60% for M3, and 100% forM4.
