What you'll do
- Oversee the end-to-end order processing cycle, from order entry to invoicing and payment collection, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at each stage.
- Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and logistics teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts and initiate collection efforts in a professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service throughout the order-to-cash process.
- Analyze order data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices that enhance efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order processing and cash flow metrics to senior management.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all aspects of order processing and cash management.
- Train and mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving the overall customer experience and streamlining operations.
- Utilize ERP systems and other financial software to manage orders, track payments, and generate reports efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, providing solutions that align with company policies and customer expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in order-to-cash processes to continuously enhance your skills and the team's performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in order-to-cash processes or accounts receivable management, preferably in a multinational company.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and financial software;
experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.




- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written, is essential.

Nice to have
