Our businesses are expanding, and we are looking for a structured, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations across all companies within the group. This is a varied and important position where you will work closely with management, finance, sales, and operations, helping ensure that our organizations run efficiently and professionally.

Administrative Position

Education: Vocational Training (Grado Medio or Superior) in Administration and Finance.

Preferred requirements

-

- Knowledge of invoicing, bank reconciliations, and accounting document management.

- Proficiency in Excel and office software tools.

- Experience with invoicing programs, accounting software, or management tools.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

- Responsible, thorough, proactive person with strong attention to detail.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting firms/advisory services, real estate, or similar sector. xhfqzwm

- Advanced level of English.

Full-time schedule, 9:00 a.M. to 5:00 p.M.
