operational travel expenses reimbursed;
must be living in Ibiza.Flexibility: roster 4 weeks in advance;
roster may include early starts, late finishes, split shifts & weekend working;
required to support during flight disruption, serious emergencies, and customer escalations.Skills & experience: customer service experience is a plus but not essential;
